Founded in 2019 and based in Boca Raton, Florida, Six Four Asset Management is a real estate investment firm focused on multifamily and hospitality assets across the Southeast.
Since inception, Six Four has bought and sold more than $100 million in real estate, building its experience through acquisitions, renovations, operations, asset management, investor relations, and dispositions.
Managing Principal Paul Hassebroek brings more than 20 years of experience across real estate, finance, operations, and team building. He has raised more than $40 million from investors to fund multifamily and hospitality projects, with a focus on identifying opportunities where better strategy, stronger operations, and thoughtful capital improvements can create value.
Before founding Six Four, Paul spent 15 years advising wealthy families on their investment portfolios. His work included investment due diligence, family office advisory, portfolio strategy, and evaluating private investment opportunities. That experience gave him a deep foundation in deal sourcing, underwriting, capital raising, and asset management.
Now in its seventh year, Six Four has operated through changing market conditions, shifting capital markets, and evolving investor expectations. That experience has shaped how the firm evaluates opportunities, manages risk, communicates with investors, and prepares for the next phase of the real estate cycle.
